TV or not TV?

The latest trend in television is plasma televisions and
LCD televisions. These types of televisions offer superb
picture quality and are flat enough that you can hang
them up on a wall - unlike CRT TV sets which aren't as
flat. Both plasma televisions and LCD televisions can
show high-definition television, otherwise known as HDTV.
HDTV features a much sharper and clearer picture quality
than regular cable television or satellite television.
LCD televisions are more expensive than plasma TVs at
the moment and they aren't available in the large sizes
that plasma TVs are. Plasma televisions, on the other
hand, don't come in smaller sizes that you may want for
smaller rooms. As the technology involved with LCD TVs
advances more then the price of LCD televisions should
go down and become more comparable with plasma televisions.

There are so many choices now when it comes to watching
TV. It used to be that having cable TV was impressive,
but now there's satellite TV. Plasma televisions
and TVs that show digital television are available.
Televisions are used to tune in to television stations
as well as to watch videos or DVDs. When it comes
to home entertainment, TVs are essential.
